Serpens Ashwagold 90 Capsules

Serpens Ashwa Gold is a food supplement based on an extract of Withania somnifera Dunal, known as ashwagandha, with a content of 365mg per capsule.

Serpens Ashwa Gold contains pure Ashwagandha extract standardised to a percentage of over 5% in whitanolides, making it one of the highest concentrations in a supplement. In addition, the withaferin A content is less than 0.1%.

Whitanolides are compounds extracted from ashwagandha root with multiple medicinal properties. Its anxiolytic and antidepressant effect is outstanding, making it an excellent option for combating stress, insomnia and low moods.

It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day of Serpens Ashwa Gold before meals, in one or two doses.
