The NerviFresh programme contains Hypericum juice and oats.

Hypericum contributes to relaxation and to maintaining emotional balance as well as a positive state of mind.

- The programme consists of two phases in which the intake of St. John's wort juice, oat juice and Salusan tea are alternated.
