* Suggestions for its preparation:

- Step 1. The night before put 4-6 tablespoons of ATHLETE in a large bowl. If desired, add 1-3 tablespoons of fruits and nuts to taste. Add 0.25 to 0.33 liters of water and stir well until you get a porridge that is not too thick, rather somewhat watery. Leave covered overnight at room temperature.

- Step 2. In the morning add fresh fruit cut to your liking and enough organic vegetable milk. We recommend using organic vegetable milk, since the calcium necessary for our body is in sufficient quantities in this mixture and in the plant foods that a healthy diet contains. Stir well until the mixture is semi-fluid (like porridge). If you prefer it hot, heat it in a saucepan over medium heat while stirring, never exceeding 40 degrees.
