Mimasa Ginger 130 gr
Mimasa
Description
MIMASA ginger is made from ginger root powder. As well as being used as a culinary condiment, it can be used in hot compresses as a decongestant for painful or mucus-saturated areas.
It is advisable to use MIMASA ginger as a condiment in food, as, like other species, it provides beneficial energy to the respiratory areas. It is sufficient to sprinkle it in minimal quantities when preparing miso soup, the yang of which will be quickly dispersed throughout the body, especially in cold weather. Externally, ginger can be applied in compresses to relieve certain ailments. To do this, simply place one or two teaspoons of MIMASA ginger in a cotton cloth bag and immerse it in very hot water (but not so hot that it boils). After a few moments, when the water has soaked up the ginger, all you have to do is soak a towel and apply it to the area to be worked on as a compress, making sure it is as hot as possible. Stop after about 20 minutes, when the skin has reddened, and keep the heat on by covering the area with a wool cloth.
In this way, ginger helps to soothe joint pains such as lumbago, sciatica or rheumatism, among others. It is also a natural remedy for headaches, migraines and headache.
