Dermaloe MED is a non-greasy gel, with an Aloe vera extract specially selected for its acemannan and Panthenol content, for wound healing (even post-operative), cuts, abrasions, skin irritations, cold cracks, sunburns, first and second degree burns, decubitus ulcers (I-IV) and, in all cases, delayed healing.

- Forms a film that protects the injury from the external environment (air, microorganisms and pollutants) and hydrates it, favoring the natural healing process.

- Does not stain and does not contain perfume or alcohol.
